May all that had lost their lives today be remembered...It was a real sad day for me as I lived and grew up in NY...The first time I drove up from VA to NY after it happened, I was crying behind the wheel cause when you remember something that you grew up with and then it is gone, well.............. If anyone here had lost a loved one or has someone fighting overseas, God Bless Them and You.....

That is all it was...MY BATTERY!! thank goodness...The car started fine this morning...Dart went to go and check out a job so he left me the truck keys just in case he breaks down with the car....LMFAO!!Gonna head down to Pitney Bowes tomorrow and see about getting a job....keep your fingers crossed all....i am just glad that i have friends like all of you to listen to me just yak...Have a happy hump day tomorrow everyone!!! kissessssssssssssssss hugsssssssssssssssssssssssssss

so pissed...one of the jobs i applied to was just waiting for the start date...i spoke to the agency this morning and now there is a freeze on the job and it won't be until Oct or Nov...I NEED TO WORK NOW!! I still have the p/t one but that don't start for 2 wks...sometimes I just want to sit and cry but that ain't gonna do anything either...and with dart being on strike,well shit, what is next?????????????????????? still searching .............i just sent out 9 more resumes....
I hope everyone else is doing fine...hugs loves and kisses...

Well it is the last Sunday of the summer...Kids going back to school, white pants going away till next summer...Hehe ladies, remember that rule? No white pants after labor day? The weather is kinda icky here and real chilly too...My son is sleeping still and it is almost 12pm...But I figured what the hay, soon he can't sleep yet as the school bells will be ringing....It will be a quiet day here...
I finally landed a part time job with something I love. It is a holiday which is Halloween!! I will be working with the Spirit of Halloween store...woohooooooo witch or vampire costumes anyone??? lol I am also waiting for the start day of a full time job that I had applied for....Jeez, waiting sucks don't cha think?

I hope everyone's weekend is going well...And thank you for all the wishes for the band yesterday!!!
All of good they did too!!!!!!!!!
The parade was just awesome!!! It was also a competition for them too. THEY TOOK ALL THREE TROPHIES!!! The Battle of the Bands, The best float,(even though they didn't have a float!!) and there was another but don't know what it was for... The school looked so good at the parade. They did school's out for the summer and oh I am just so proud of them all...The color guard did an awesome job too...They were all so hot in their uniforms....The walked a mile in the parade...After the parade we headed to the State Fair. They only did about a 20 min performance but they were awesome. They got invited back every year for a performance...That is where it got announced about the trophies they had won..After all the equipment was put away the kids got to spend the day at the fair...Boy was I happy when 9pm finally came around...I was ready to go...I had let my son go off on his own with 3 of his friends....
All I have to say is hehehe knobs "This is one PROUD BAND MAMA"
