A 62 year old male co-worker told me last night that since I had put something in the wrong place he had told the boss. I told him that I had sat "it" down until I would be coming back that way to put "it" where "it" belonged, then walked away. He mumbled something about that being okay. I couldn't help but grin and think that some people can't help themselves... they never outgrow their childish tendencies to try to be a teacher's pet. And so it goes... | ||

Only one really good game in the playoffs so far... and it was a doozy! Normally I have the games on and do other things, just listening. But... the end of the Green Bay/Arizona game was worth watching. Some people get excited about football. I played the game when I was younger (wide receiver and defensive back) and enjoyed playing. To me, watching is kind of boring. Guess that makes me a bit un-American. lol Canadian football is a bit easier to watch. Ho, hum... only three more months until baseball season. | ||

Wherever I go, it's always the same: Say something nice to a stranger and they look at you like you're the weirdest person in the world. Too bad for them! I love life... and all of the quirky people that live in this world. Must be the old hippie in me, to want to spread joy and laughter throughout the world. It is a hit/miss in the computer world. Some people dig my sense of humor, some take offense. Like the late, great, Henny Youngman once said after a joke bombed: "I hate it when I have to explain 'em." And so it goes... PEACE! | ||
