I found out Wednesday that due to a downturn in business for the company where my company sub-contracts our services, our contract is cancelled July first and, although I will keep working for now, my hours will be cut to 35 per week. I have endured worse... when the present owner of the company I work for took over ownership, he cut my hours by 10 per week. I endured that loss of income for 11 months, and whatever happens, I am covered. I am old enough to qualify for social security, and if I signed up now my bills would be paid every month without having to "tighten the belt". We shall see what we shall see. Big problems don't bother me... it's the little, annoying things that get under my skin. No worries here. ~ | ||
