I heard someone complaining at work because they'd been scolded for spending too much time on their phone. seems they thought it was unfair that smokers got breaks to smoke, but that they couldn't (apparently) check the time on their phone. My first thought of what to say was to ask them if they wanted some cheese with that wine. Instead, I told them they should start smoking... that way they could look at their phone all they wanted.  | ||||||

My back had been really bothering me for eight days. On Friday (day #  , I went to work as usual, wearing my back brace. After work I left it on right up until bed time. I took it off, showered and went to bed. Only when I awoke seven hours later did I realize I had slept straight through, not waking up once from any pain.Since that time I have resumed my daily yoga and even worked out on Sunday with no pain at all. I'm not looking a gift-horse in the mouth here. Sometimes, things just work themselves out on their own, no matter what. I'm happy and pain free, that's all that counts!  | ||||||
