Seriously, the energy you're directing towards sex - the life energy that you put out - that needs to get channelled into something else...
Start working out, or work out harder if ya already do... take up running, or learn a craft or skill like painting. lol well thats a regular kick in the nuts! jk! Good advice, how you go MONTHS without feeling the need is, impossible to even imagine. I have lots of hobbies and interests believe me, playing guitar being just one of them! But this is a sexual discussion forum so that's what i'm doing, as I said I never tried it before so where's the harm in it.

You know, I have a different view on this and I actually think what he's doing makes sense.

Life in general is not always about giving into your urges right there and then. While his approach is a bit unusual but by not doing something he obviously loves and following through for the whole 10 days, it will actually show him if he can stay strong and resist urges.

There are temptations and urges in life everywhere and while they come in different form or shape, some you can give into, others you can't.

Sometimes you do, well knowing that you should not and this test will show him if he can resist one of the obviously strongest urges, if necessary.

In encouragement, I would say 'keep it up', but that would be cruel, hehe.

Day 6, Quick update on the days feelings... feeling EXTREMELY horny, feeling the constant urge to wank all the time.
