i have recently had some small white colored, pin head sized bumps appear on my the base of my penis. I have not yet gone to the doc, but have been doing research on line. I originally thought I might have HPV, but it doesn't look like anything i've seen online. Any comments, or ideas of what it may be before i go to the doc?
