What do you think of a guy who has had a male penile implant done?

What do the ladies think of a guy who has had for whatever reason, a male implant done. I know the ladies have breast implants and "butt lifts" and so on but I've not ever heard of anybody saying anything about the male implant. Your thought?

Male penile implants are far superior to female penile implants. I actually prefer to implant my male penile into my very own female. But then that might be considered a female implant... or not. I am confused. Sorry, tongue got jammed up inside cheek, there.

Seriously:

As I understand it, they are post surgical or restorative prosthetics, and not even remotely in the same realm as boob-jobs or camel-toe enhancements or other cosmetic procedures.

Perhaps that is why there is not a lot of discussion. It is like, "wanna see my scar?" Not a high point in erotic life.

I am sure there is more, but that's a start.

I thought penile implants were done to correct erectile disfunction?
Most guys don't go around bragging about that kinda thing..

I believe that penile implants are done to help with ED....therefore I believe that any man willing to go to that point for his lady should be commended.
