In my country (Australia) there are criminal charges relating to false advertising....need I say more?

Perhaps I need too....Having perused both types of breasts I would say without a question of a doubt that any real boob is preferential to any fake one.

the only way they are worth it is if you're dancing.....i have many girlfriends that have fakes ones.....they pay for themselves in no time....big tits = BIG TIPS

...it's just a rule of thumb in the dancin' biz.....i was tempted to get mine done but decided against it.

I had a girl friend who had her breasts done by one of the best cosmetic surgeons in Newport Beach. The first time I saw them up close and personal I couldn't help thinking that they were Playboy quality, but, unfortunately, scar tissue under the skin can make them as hard as rocks - it was like sleeping in a bed full of those orange highway cones! Except(of course) they weren't orange!

Well....I never had mine done...altho like Lisa a lot of my friends did..and they were rewarded for it well. Now that I'm older they surely need it but I don't much care...lol..My hubby and I girl watch alot...and we have come to the conclusion there are 3 types of breats.."real"..."not real"....and "Just dont matter"...alas...they are all good..

Well, real is always best. Small, or large.... real is the way to go. However, if a woman wants reconstructive surgery after a medical situation, then that's a totally different story. Women shouldn't have their self esteem based on their cup size. Unfortunately, that's often the case. But men do love breasts (I know I sure do); so... bottom line: I love real; but it's always the lady's decision.
