I live in Canada, so late spring to early fall is when opportunities for ogling become at all possible.
If I'm on a city bus, I'm usually standing. And I tend to stand near the back door. So when people sit near the front, there's a hand-bar at about eye-level that tops them form being able to see where my eyes are looking. I can't help but stare when curvy women with large breasts and low cut tops sit by the front, and the bus starts moving... which causes those massive mounds to bounce and wobble. I can't tear my eyes away. I've tried. Doesn't work. I'm about 112% sure people near me have noticed, but... damn.
ALSO.. if I'm a a beach or water park, and a woman walks by in a KNIT BIKINI (I swear they're a thing. I've seen 'em), my head seems to swivel on its own.
