It was far from right that she should run off with the kids (one of only a few months old), to stay with a couple she barely knows from the Internet. From what I read on the other blog, she was only intending to spend a short time there, before running off to someone else she has only just met on the net. What would have happened to the kids then, had you not collected them? Her actions are not those of someone thinking straight or concerned about her children.
