Will probably take more than a few weeks to see changes from weight-lifting. More like a few months, but you can accomplish a LOT in those first few months. That's when the most dramatic changes happen--within the first 3 to 6 months. Espically if the lifting/eating program you're on is a good one.
Can't wait to see how the progress goes for ya!

Ok, duh...
Went and checked your pics after seeing this blog and thought, "Wait a minute...he's not skinny...he's got nice pecs, good arms..."
Then realized this blog post was from late July and you've obviously been lifting since then. LOL
Anyway, looking good!
