just to be clear the blog dated 10/27 was my twisted way of saying thanks to everyone here who shared in my excitement... it was in no way, shape, or form a pity party...
on another note i worked at an office today and really liked it ... just so happens that they canned their assistant last thursday... /me ponders how the hell i can make them hire me heheheheheheheh .... everyone have a happy halloween and eat lots of candy ..... it's my job security... lol ...mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa jacquie

some things just take sooooo long.... here is my brother.../me has a big cheesy grin.... and on another note went to my neighbors the one i blogged about before..giving her the benifit of my doubt (maybe she didn't hear me, maybe she misunderstood, etc)... pauly says don't go, don't go, don't go, you know i can't listen i go.... unfuckingbelievable... she heard every word..... yup she says you found your brother i heard you before... what did i not react appropriate???? nope jacquie thinks you acted just fine... 3 guesses on me sharing any of my life with her again??? and did i say the 1st two don't count....have a awesome lazy sunday ...mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... jacq

so i'm best friends with this chick for years... things come up mainly parenting differences and i suppose alot has to do with me my sexuality... meaning i'm really good at this point in life with me... so we just totally drift apart.. i was going in a different direction so i think it effected her more than me ... anyway we start talking a bit more and more... so when i find my brother i want to tell her about it (she has/had been through ups and downs of my search prior to parting).... i say i found my brother she says cool i have to go my hubby's home... okay fine ... i go out of town i come back ... nothing ..nothing... nothing... so then i go over the nite before last because my cuz want's me too ... not one fucking ??? about him ..... i don't know maybe it's me but i find it really totally infuckingcredible that not anything is ever mentioned.... blows my mind and makes me thankful at the same time for two reasons ... one that we detatched before it was really devastating to me that she didn't give 2 shits... and two that there are some really very awesome, special, lovely people in the world that can have interest, support, compassion and caring without ever even meeting me beyond the cyber world.... you all know who you are and you all are truly just great people..... mwa ..... jacquie

okay so i get up in the morning and i'm going out of my mind... i have to wait a few hours before i can leave.. my poor mum is calling like a mad woman (she was so nervous so was i but hmmmm her more so)....so i get to leave and make a few stops on the way (for anyone who may not know what the hell i'm talking about....yesterday was the day i met my brother for the 1st time, he was adopted at birth 43 years ago, i've been searching for 17yrs) ... i get to the meeting spot about 15 min early but seems like everyone else does too ... my mum and my brother that is.... him and i hug him and my mum hug.... i hug his wife my mum hugs his wife..... he was 8lbs 14oz and now 43 years later a very handsome 6'2" and 218lbs... he and his wife are just both lovely.... we go into the resturant and order drink ( i don't think anyone could have eaten we were all shaky scared ).... we talked, we laughed, we shared pictures, we took pictures all in all a really truly spectacular day and one that i'm sure not to forget.... i really couldn't have asked for a better way for things to go (there were so many really scary ways that the whole thing could have went down).... okay enough blabbing .... i'm just really feeling lucky .... mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

sooo we start our vacation last friday the 13th ... went to lincoln city, oregon the whole family.. very long car ride ... so we stay in a beach house with my oldest sons best friend and her dads next door....what a blast (even though i didn't get to fly a kite) ... we come home late sunday nite and are home for monday only this is so the best part ... monday comes and pauls loading up the camper and my cell phone is beeping missed call you know ... so anyway i listen to the message and it's the PI that has been looking for my brother.....WOOT!!!! she made contact.... i talked with him on the phone for 4 hours monday nite..... tuesday morning we take off ... that was extremely difficult to leave civilization after 17 years of searching ... no phone, no computer, /me found a phone booth but half the calls i was trying to make wouldn't go thru for whatever reason... so here i am in the middle of nowhere... cooking like a maniac for lack of anything better to do... couldn't read because my mind was just everywhere..... anyway the boys come back from the evening hunt and BAM the 12 year old got his first buck.... first season and the young son bags a deer.. was really an absoulutely awesome vacation though i'm glad to be back .... next up i have to get thru the weekend ... then i'm off on monday to meet my brother... that should make for the blogiest of blogs... /me kisses everyone ..... mwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

well ...7 pairs of pants, 2 pairs of sweatpants, 2 backpacks, and 2 last haircuts....oh and 1 alarm clock..... i think the boys are ready for school wooooo hooooo... i know i'm ready for them to go back ... the two youngest start tomorrow and the oldest the day after.... really, really sucks that my first day home alone i have to go for a medical procedure and won't be around to enjoy my quiet... poor me ... anyhoooo enough rattlin... mwa..... jacquie

well after 14 shirts (2 for me of course), 3 belts, 3 wallets, 3 pairs of shoes, 3 hoodies, 1 cologne, 1 body spray, 2 pairs of pants (1 for me of course), 6 (6 packs) of socks, 1 clipboard, 4 peechees, 72 pencils (#2 of course), 4 glue sticks, 2 scissors, 2 (36 count) colored pencils, 1 bottle of elmers glue, 2 rulers, 8 packs of sticky notes, 3 notebooks , 1 mega pack of dividers, 3 pencil pouches, 1 protractor, 20 black pens, 4 red pens, 1 pack of crayons, 6 (3 subject) notebooks, 4 highlighters (they don't care what color), and 1000 sheets of college ruled paper.... /me is still not done , we need more jeans, haircuts and kleenex..... /me looks around to see where her tax dollars are going????

hmmmm what a fucking day ... for those of you who know i was all but ready to quit my job... today i just went in with a different mindset and kicked ass so we'll see how tomorrow plays out... but i think i'm gonna kick ass again..
so my previous blog was a note to my brother i sent it sunday to the PI working the case ....they have found an old addy for him in illinois... but they say anything they pull up is linked with his adoptive parents and they believe he may be caring for them ... long story short if he's with his folks they don't want to call .... so fucking close but so far away ... (/me will just have to put focus on the boys and getting them shined up for school) .... wait a few more weeks maybe??? funny to think a year ago i thought it was a done deal ... and now just grrrrrrrrrr ... enough rattling for now ... kisses everyone

Hi there… if you are reading this then my long journey is over…. My name is Jacquie and I have been looking for you since 1989 that is when I first found out about you … I am you half sister… my mum … your birth mother… told me about you when I was going to have my first baby … ever since I have been searching and pretty much thought it was never going to happen …

to say a bit about myself … I’m 38 have been married for 18 years and have 3 boys (I’m sure someone thinks that’s funny) their ages are 10, 11, and 16.… and really they are pretty awesome … I stayed home for 7 years till the youngest started school and now am back working at what I consider full time ….

To say a bit about my mother she is from Scotland and has never gotten her citizenship … she does see herself as a citizen the only thing she can’t do is vote … she is the most wonderful person I have ever met and I’m not just saying that …. She did what she had to do considering the circumstances that she was in at the time….. To me her choice was really brave … I don’t think I could do it …

I guess in closing I just want to let you know that you have been looked for … for years lol …my mum is excited , scared and just a bunch of emotions… I am too but I just want to find you …. I think anyone who is my mothers child should know what they are about and where they came from because to me it’s a pretty awesome place……. jacq
