i was really looking forward to the next few weeks till i got some shit news.

basically the folsom street fair is coming up on the 29th and it's a BDSM/kink themed fair here in san francisco. i've basically been looking forward to it for months, pretty much since i went last year. i was planning to go with a friend of mine but her boyfriend won't let her go because he's a controlling and abusive partner. i'm really really upset about it because she's my only friend into kink who can drive so i was really looking forward to going with her. she says she can still drive me there but i just won't have anyone to hang out with unless i can find another friend to go with, which is probably unlikely. i'm not angry at my friend at all - it's her boyfriend's fault. he can't stand me anyway. which is ridiculous and he should love me because i bought them a strap on for their first anniversary. best friend ever, right? nope, he can't stand me. apparently he thinks i'm a bad influence on her or something. ridiculous.

on the bright side i have a few concerts coming up soon. i'm seeing fall out boy and panic! at the disco on saturday night, then in a couple weeks i'm seeing my very favourite band you me at six. THEN in november i'm seeing architects. i absolutely love concerts. they're one of the only places i really get to let go and enjoy myself sometimes.

since youtube videos are easy to add i'll go ahead and include some of my favourite songs by those bands, and maybe you can have a listen if you're curious (:

other than that i guess i don't have much to say? been in a bit of a funk lately so i apologize for the lack of new photos. i'll try to start uploading a few times a week again. and if anybody has any photo requests i'd definitely be willing to consider them. xo
