By popular request, here’s the recipe for the chili I served at our Super Bowl party. I got this recipe from a women’s magazine many years ago – I think it was a chili cook-off first prize winner.

* * * * *

3 lbs. boneless chuck, cut into 1” cubes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 to 6 tbsp. chili powder (I use 4)
2 tsp. ground cumin
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. leaf oregano
2 cans beef broth
1 tsp. salt
1/4 t. pepper

1) Heat oil in 4-qt. kettle or heavy-bottom pan over medium heat.
2) Add beef, stirring frequently until meat changes color but does not brown.
3) Lower heat; stir in garlic.
4) Combine chili powder, cumin and flour. Sprinkle meat with chili mixture, stirring until meat is evenly coated. Crumble oregano over meat.
5) Add 1-1/2 cans of the broth and stir until liquid is well blended. Add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer, partially covered, over low heat, for 1-1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Add remaining broth; cook 30 minutes longer, or until meat is almost falling apart.
6) Cool thoroughly. Cover; refrigerate overnight to ripen flavor.
7) Reheat chili in top part of double boiler placed over boiling water.

My family has always made burritos out of this chili, adding Mexican rice, chopped onion, shredded cheese and a little sour cream. Delicious!

Our guests will be arriving soon, and we're all ready for them. Beers and sodas are chilled, the dips are made and so is the chili. I made it yesterday and just have to heat it up. It's not your traditional kind of chili, it's called Real Texas Chili. Made with chunks of steak instead of ground beef, no beans and has garlic but no onion. It's sooo good, and even better when it's made the day before and reheated. I'll be serving it with chopped onion, shredded cheese, sour cream and lime wedges on the side, also pinto beans and Mexican-style rice and warmed flour tortillas for those who want to make it into burritos, corn bread for those who don't. Dessert will be brownies and vanilla ice cream with different toppings. (Geez, I wish everybody would hurry up and get here so I could start eating, this is making me hungry!)

I've been asked who I'm rooting for today, and that's tough. I've always been a champion of the underdog so I feel I should root for Pittsburgh. Yet Seattle's never won a Super Bowl, unlike the Steelers who dominated years ago, and I believe in "spreading the wealth", so I also feel I should root for Seattle. Arghhh!

I guess the bottom line is, my head is rooting for the Seahawks and my heart is rooting for the Steelers.

Haven't been on NN as much lately, been busy doing projects around the house. We painted the guest bedroom today, and yesterday we replaced the room's 1" miniblinds with 2" faux wood blinds and re-arranged the furniture. Tomorrow's gonna be a big day: D and I are (finally) having another one of our day-long photo sessions. You know, where we set up all the lights, have several changes of clothes and props, shave my pussy first - the works! LOL

I've been fielding pic requests for the past couple of months and also going through the thousands of pics we've captured from the Internet to get ideas. Can't do everything we'd like to do or everything that's been requested because we either don't have the clothes or the props or the setting (would love to take outdoor shots, but simply can't around here - no privacy whatsoever). But hopefully we'll be able to get some good ones tomorrow, although I already know of a couple of planned shots that won't work.

I had bought two bras specially for picture taking, and just found out neither one fits. One of them is an inexpensive black molded-cup plunge bra, a "cleavage creator", that I bought without trying on knowing it would be too small but thinking that could be a sexy look. I bought the largest size they carried - a 40DD - but instead of being sexy in it, I look ridiculous! I mean, it's a joke, like trying to put ten pounds of stuff in a five pound bag. Obviously, molded cups aren't the way to go. But before I return it, I'm gonna have D take some pics of me trying it on. I'll post them in my blog so you can see what I mean.

The other bra was a special-order from a Canadian company that I waited 10 weeks for (!). It's a lacy underwire bra with nipple cut-outs in the cups that actually comes in my size, 42H. I was so excited when I saw it in their online catalogue, because sexy lingerie NEVER comes in sizes that large. We big gals are sooo snubbed by the manufacturers.LOL Anyway, I had seen Milena Velba wearing one in a video and it was really hot. Waited and waited for it and when it finally came - it's too small!!! It's the equivalent of maybe a size 40G at the most. My tits are hanging out the side of the cups. Arghhh! The company says the size is right, but that their sizes are "an average of U.S. and international bra sizes", whatever that means. And they don't carry a larger cup size. Pisses me off! But, like the other, I'm gonna have D photograph me in it before it's returned.

We won't be posting the results of our shoot until Monday. Takes a long time to sort through all the pics and ready them to post, and we've got company coming over for the Super Bowl. But look for them then, okay?

I lost a good friend today.

No, he didn’t pass away. He was an NN’er who deleted his account. He was tired of constantly having to deal with sick messages and derogatory comments, so he left the site. Not because his skin wasn’t thick enough, but because it was no longer fun here. The bad finally outweighed the good for him. And that’s such a shame. He’s a great guy, a true gentleman with a truly hot body (dynamite combination!), and he was one of my favorite people on NN.

If you ever read this, S, it was a privilege knowing you, and I wish you nothing but the best in the future. You will be missed, my friend, and not just by me.

D and I have decided to "prune" our pics this weekend, deleting about a third of them so they'll fit on two pages. We feel that's a good, manageable number of pics and vids to have up at any given time, and we'll continue to delete older pics as we post new to keep the total number to no more than 100. (Kinda like what you're supposed to do with your clothes closet - whenever you buy something new, you should get rid of something old. I know, like that ever happens. *lol*)

We'll be deleting mostly older pics but possibly a few of the newer ones, too. We're going through them later today to decide which ones to cut, and will do the deleting tomorrow (after the ball game, of course!). So if there are any pics of ours that you'd like to keep, please download and save them by tomorrow morning.

I'm about to post my very first "butt" video. There's not much to it - D told me to lie facedown on the bed and just shake my big butt for the camera, and I did. I call the vid "Rump Shaker" (heehee). D made the last part of the video slow motion and it really shows how much that ass of mine moves once it gets going. He says I could knock down buildings with that thing! (Yes, that remark got him a punch in the arm.) Anyway, I hope you guys get a kick out of it.

And if you're reading this and you're a standard member, please don't ask me to e-mail the vid to you. D and I don't believe in sending pics or vids to anyone. Sorry, we just don't think it's fair to those members who've paid for premium membership. xox

The L Word is back! Season 3 premieres tonight, and I am sooo happy! It's one of my favorite shows and I'd watch it every night if I could, but unfortunately like another of my faves - The Sopranos - they only make a limited number of episodes each season, and the seasons are way far apart.

I got on Sho.com and viewed some clips of tonight's episode plus read about what's in store for the rest of the season, and all I can say is...can't wait! We're promised lots more sex and drama this year. Drama they've always had, but I thought the sex was seriously lacking last year. So that's good, I wanna see more and steamier sex. Especially involving Shane. Don't know what it is about that character, but she is one of the most sexually alluring women I've ever seen. She's skinny and androgynous looking yet there's no doubt in my mind she would give me the best pussy eating of my life.

I could do without Jenny (does her character have to be filled with so much angst just because she's a writer?), although I guess she does add something to the show. Glad Bette and Tina are back together, but sorry to see that Dana and Alice broke up during the show's hiatus. (Can you tell I enjoy a good sudser? *lol*)

So you know what I'll be doing from 10:00-11:00 tonight. Too bad the L Word is opposite Grey's Anatomy, a show I've come to love also. But there's no question in my mind which show will get taped and which one I'll watch live every Sunday night.
