I woke up early as usual at just before 4am, came down kettle on, sat down, checked my emails. So, I went to ground for twenty four hours, beat myself black and blue, then I got intouch with my friend, ate a big slice of humble pie, which wasnt as easy as its sounds considering my big gob!! They have forgiven me thankfully, I never meant to hurt them. I just really need to think twice next time, but thank you for your support you special few

Life is good on planet Kas at the moment, I have put in some serious effort to find me some kind of stability, finally got my head into a place where its calm, nay dare I say it?? Content even?? I have worked so hard to really build up my karma tank, I feel the universe all around me now. I am more intune with it than ever I feel. I am no longer blinded by any unnecessary drugs in my system that clouding my judgement, stifled my inner voice and shut me down, or any replacements for it either. I am free and man it feels so good, I have so much to look forward to and little time to achieve it really, I may have left some things far too late now. But somethings are still well within reach, it helps I have such a strong support network of friends from all around the world I can turn too. Without one or two very special people aiding me, listening to my woes on a daily basis, I very much doubt I would be here right now. I am so blessed with some of you guys apart of my life.

So for now, I am once more back an even keel, floating gently by lol and see no reason why I shouldnt remain so, I just keep walking, walking through it and hoping for the best and cue blog related tune (its really chilled out just like me, just press play)! Takecare guys, me loves you xoxoxo

I remember a teacher at school once saying to me 'one day that mouth of yours will get you in to trouble' how right she was. I wish I could recall her name to tell her. I blogged on a different site sometime ago, but when I thought I was being cryptic about a friends private life, it would seem I wasnt as cryptic as first presumed. Luckily its a very quiet web site, doesnt get many visitors thankfully. So its not been viewed more then twice in over a month, but I have pulled said incriminating blog and apologised. Nonetheless its got me in some bother now I feel simply awful about it, its helped my day start on a downer, but thats what you get if you never read through what you have written before hitting that return, which I never do. I really do need to think about what I am saying, easier said than done with me, mouth is open before Brain is in gear!! I need a happy tune and this one is so full of life for me and I am off to sulk
