"at the very least, get a notebook - yes, good old fashioned paper - and a pen - pencil works too - and keep a diary of each day, do your best not to skip any days.

be sure to quote anything that he says, or others say that he said - this means that you need to have the note book on you most of the time.

Date and time stamp each entry.

Use note books that are small and do not have a ton of pages. This is so that you will have multiple books covering short periods of time. This is also that if one goes missing - or worse, he gets hold of one - only that sort period is missing.

When a book is full, put it in an envelope and mail it to yourself. through the postal service.

When the envelopes arrive back at your house, do not open them, leave them sealed shut.

If you like, you can then deliver the sealed envelopes to your solicitor for safe keeping.

All that this does is establish a time line and a historical account of what goes on. With the postmarked - and sealed - envelopes, you have an outside corroboration of your time and dates within the diaries. By making each book short, you have a longer chain of corroborated evidence...and the monetary cost is small and you do not have to involve anyone else if you do not want to.

All this being said, you SHOULD involve both the HR department at your place of employment and the police if he is harassing you.

Any time that you discuss anything with another agency (HR, Police, your solicitor, a friend, even here in your blog ( the NN server puts time and date stamps on things which are certainly usable in court if necessary )

Whatever the history between you and your ex is, you have clearly moved on, and he needs to as well. If he can't, won't, or just doesn't think he has to, then you need to create a pile of evidence that will make it absolutely impossible for him to sell any story he tries to sell to anyone he tries to sell it to - particularly a judge or police officer.

All that this requires is a bit of effort on your part, effort and consistency.

Clearly you can follow through with whatever you put your mind to."

Looks like while i have been of nn being sick lots of things are going on i dont know how u can ever get back up with all that i have missed so sad i used to know what was up with all my friends
oh well.. all i am up for now is getting better and posting a pic here and there wish i was well enough to be actualy meeting up with my nn friends and taking more pics oh well
