I would work to ensure the upper level executives compensation package, would be increased only after all employees were provided a livable compensation package. I find the idea that management in any company I have worked with, believing salary from upper 5 figures and more often in the 6 figure range is fare and even deserved. Then those same management types are perfectly fine and they deeply believe and actively seek to keep there employees, the ones doing the work for them, making their lavish compensation packages possible. deserve only a salary that is a buck or two above minimum wage is all they deserve.
