I have the same problem. I found a way to stand my phone up while masturbating I just video record and use the better pictures from the recording or erase and start over lol.

Selfie sticks are grwat to enhance pic angles, also get the kind that turn into tripods and experiment until you get your results

It’s difficult to take decent pics, video is even worse. Recently discovered we can mirror our phone or iPad to the tv! So we have a giant remote monitor to help frame shots. If you have a smart tv it might work. Plus the experimenting is fun!
