Hubby and I started out having threesomes with his best friend while in college. I have found that I enjoy playing with our friends more enjoyable, but I think it is more of a comfort level issue. Two of the guys I play with are hubby's best friends from childhood and I have played with them since before I was married starting back in college and I am almost 45 now, so they are like having extra husbands lol. Other we play with we have been involved with for at least 10 years. We are all so familiar with each other, I can simply text and ask to get together any time I want and we just all have a lot of fun. However, what is not the same is the anticipation, nervousness and excitement level of a first time experience or going to a party and not knowing who you might hook up with. There is no substitute for that and no way to duplicate that feeling. So, I think both experiences have their good points, but at this time in our lives, we do not have the time to invest in meet and greets to get to know people before playing because you don't click with everyone and I am not really into just going to a free for all party and hooking up with whomever comes along.

I can understand the differences in excitement levels and the experience of meeting someone new. With a family I know how limited time is, I don't have time to make new friends forget trying to meet someone you will eventually have sex with smile lol

Hubby and I do same room swap with 2 couples a few times a year because they both live out of state so we do not see them often.
