I am doing some research: Can you all post on this thread describing how you typically use NN when you visit thanks!

Also after a couple of paragraphs on your usage by page / filter or whatever, then also a list of most important to you top 10 features we have in descending order of importance.

For example..

My typical NN session:
login, hit photos page - sort by BJs most rated, look at the best 10, then go to forums, click active topics since last logged in - then read status and pms

10 most important features to me:
~Pic Viewing
~Pic comments
~Photo Comment Stream
~PMs
~Bookmarks
~Vids
~Friends
~forum
~notices
~Nudles

Usually, first port of call is status, see whos playing, let them know I am lurking. I then get into my inbox, view and reply accordingly, go to blogs to catch up with friends and strangers. I then take a glance through forums and I shall then remain playing in status, while at the same time flirting with new picture posts thumbup

Forum first for fun talk and giggles, then chat. Extra windows always open to check profiles and pics. Usually wank with someone from chat. Will get back to more PMs now that the limits are higher. Sometimes play around in status, sometimes read a few selected -- but probably high-traffic -- blogs.

My patterns on NBN and NN differ somewhat. NN pattern:

Notifications - but usually only IF there's more than I'd have expected.
A glance thru Status.
Forum - typically including SD or other system-relevant threads.
Pix posted today (no filters)
Log off, or other clicks as the mood takes me. Example: Blogs once a week, maybe.

Typical NBN pattern:

If chatbox has been kept alive by Brenda while I was asleep, then I reply to do the same while she's asleep!
Status - and usually some participation.
Mod alerts / verification attempts.
Check FP in case of a rogue featured photo.

sign in, check my PMs, then the forum {mod forum first if anything new}, then blogs and the most recent profile updates, then members tab where I check to see who needs verified and what has been reported to mods, then typically over to the win tab to see where I am in the nudle race and who is winning, then bounce between status, blogs, favs, photos, modding as needed along the way.

In all seriousness, it varies on a daily basis. I visit every section equally. Being on NN and perusing the site is like seeing a shiny penny. I get distracted easily.

But if you tie my hands I would list it as:
Status
Blogs
Various Sections of the Forum
Pic Perving
Alerting Mods
Messages
Notifications
Chat (just to view)
Cams (to see who is there)
Look at profiles
Back to status

Don't hold me to this order. Like I mentioned, I am all over the place here. The shiny penny syndrome takes over.

If I have new notices or pm's, I go to those first. If I recently posted pics or a blog I'll look to see how many views they have. Then I'll go to status and forums. Then I'll check to see if there is anything in mod alerts. Then I'll look at a page or two of pics and maybe vids. Throughout the day I'll pop in and out, usually to status unless I have a new notice, then I'll go look at that.

I spend more time lurking than anything, I typically either log into the notifications or status. After that I'll go over to forums and check into chat. From there I go to blogs, photos, back into status to look.

Top ten features important to me
1. Notifications
2. Chat room
3. Status
4. Photo comments and vote (giving although receiving is nice) tongue
5. Blogs
6. Forum
7. Sort new photos from friends and favorites
8. Front Page (typically remove web pics that sneak on & see friends pics that have made it)
9. Sort photos by location (Texas of course, to welcome and compliment my people) thumbup
10. Nudles (Tho I'm a lifetime premium, I've always enjoyed the smiles of gifting premium to other great NNer's)

1. Front page featured members ( Hoping I am one....often am!)
2. Check my own Pics for response, viewers and comments from who.
3. Check and reply to PMs.....usually about 20.
4. Check notifications and respond as necessary
5. Go to my past Status updates for messages I missed live
6. Go to Status and check activity level.....post a comment or leave if too quiet.
7. Get posting Status comments for others if it active.
8. Respond to on-line friends and chat....frequent and a lot!
9. Post some new pics or vids as requested or what I have.
10. Check friend requests.....ignore most (90%) unless I got messages, PMs or Status replies from members with pics, and full profile info.
11. Check my Forum and respond to questions and messages.

Then just keep on trying to keep up with on-line messages and conversations till I drop!

Check for any PM's, have a look in status, have a look in chat (and get embarrassed by the behaviour of most guys in there who spoil things for us genuine guys by causing the ladies to assume that all guys are idiots and therefore are not interested to chat with a guy), have a look at the photos page and check out peoples profiles.
(Get a bit upset with the cliquiness sometimes from people who can be on here all the time, towards those of us who can't)

Don't have a top ten either but these are the days activities almost everyday.
1. View all the pics and I mean all.
2. Read blogs
3. Read the forum
4. Leave comments on pics
If I have pm's I'll read those and pm right back. That right there takes me about 2 hrs. and I figure that is enough time to waste a day here. On days we post pics I might spend more time to check comments. Status, favs, home page, chat, cams, streams, gifts, auctions don't do a thing for me. I'll wander into status occasionally but not often. You have to love the vids to but to me that is part of looking at the pics. Keep up the good work old chap!

Here is what I do most on NN:

1. Check my friends' activity

2. Look at status, then filter by my friends' status.

3. Look at blogs.

4. Go into chat.

5. Then if I am horny by this point, check out the videos tongue

What really brings me back here time after time, is my friends grin
