Dirty Dancing....I am powerless to turn this off when I come across it, no matter how many times I have seen it! I always was a dancer, and this movie came out when I was a teen. LOVE.

Fiddler on the Roof....another LOVE. Every song, every moment. Roy takes me to see it live anytime it is showing nearby. :)

Shawshank is great. Stephen King writes so well, and this movie did him justice. Have you seen The Green Mile? Another great movie set in a prison!

I will add Field of Dreams.....but I have a thing for Kevin Costner. And baseball. And friendly ghosts. :) Just really love the theme of this one.

Since we're sharing- The Wizard of Oz, 12 Angry Men, & To Kill a Mockingbird would be my classics. Contemporary - Shawshank, for sure.
