I've been wondering why you were so quiet....

Well, since you asked, let me start by saying that the grass is sometimes, but not always, greener on the other side. The tricky part is that you can't know if it is until you get there.
There, wasn't that helpful?
You and I are so much alike...we have to look at the worst case scenario to make sure we haven't missed anything. Sounds to me like you have already made the decision to take the leap. I can't wait to follow you when you land.

Hudds just do it mate. I don't know where you're going or what the job is but I say live without regrets and open a new chapter in your life. I certainly wish you all the best

Well done Huds, knew you could do it!

Now then. First thing to get straight, is this country one you'd want to move to if it weren't for this amazing job offer? Your answer to that question may help you decide whether or not to accept it.

Or, how many job opportunities are there at your level? If you miss this one, how long will it be before another pops up? Can you afford (literally) to wait and see?

Remember, it doesn't have to be forever. If you decide to accept, that doesn't mean spending the rest of your life at 30 degrees C, it means you're committing a few years to it. You can always come back to Denmark later if that's where you belong.

They say regret what you do, not what you don't. If you really can't make up your mind, then go for it and enjoy the ride.

And finally ..... say Hi to Bestie for me ;)

I agree with Dubble....it doesnt have to be for a life time but it would be silly to pass up a great opportunity if the job sounds as good as you say. I say go for it and if in a couple of years its not what you want then look at going back ....make sure you get another job the same or better first tho ;)

either way you will do what is best for you and only you can make this decison....all anyone else can do is offer advice....but remember what I said the other night about where it is ;) lol

Being a military man I was not given a choice. Orders were given and I went. Not so bad. Was young and got to see the world. When it got old and I got old, settled down for a lifetime. You are not old yet amigo. Enjoy the opportunities while you can. Just saying.
