If you are as out of shape as you say the amount of weights that are available there should be ample enough to get you started down the right track again. Even doing something is better than not doing anything.

It's not about getting into shape. It is about going insanely overboard. I can work out. I can get into shape. That part is easy. I wanted something bordering on insane. If I could still run 6 miles after 20years then I'm not old.

I've had a torn ligament in my knee that I've been suffering with for two weeks. Before that I was finally running. I can walk for miles and miles but never much liked running. Anyhow it's only been 2 weeks but its put me way behind. So doing what you did 20 yrs ago won't happen over night but it will happen. Wow if you think 46 is old...I'm a fossil!
