tight_wet_lips	10-Oct-12 18:12:09 I never follow what the "medical profession" tells me in relation to changing the habits I have about my female check ups. I did a mammo when I was 30 and I'm 50 now. I also made a habit of getting 2 paps a year since I was 18. Overkill? maybe. BUT, due to that habit, my cervical cancer was caught so early I was bless with minimal invastion treatments. I'm one of the lucky ones.

rod52	15-Nov-12 13:24:15 I an 55 yeras old. I have three female friends of mine who have had breast cancer. Two are now healthy and one of my friends came back twice, the other breast then again in her hips. She is cancer free after 10 years of treatments with time spaces inbetween. So yes mammograms save lives and so does Kaiser, where two of my friends were treated
