Long ago before humans walked the earth a star fell from the sky.

As it fell it split in two, each half falling to earth in human form, each landing in a different place in the world.

Each half searched for the other, longing to find that which it had lost.

And, then, one day... they found each other and once again became one.

The other stars saw this whole process and were so touched that one by one they too began to fall to the earth splitting in half as they fell, knowing... hoping that they will one day find the other part of themselves.

And, so even today they search longingly.

Everyone needs to complain to NN and let them know.

wideawake74 doesn't believe in free speech, he doesn't think that anyone but HIM has the right to speak.

Visa agrees with me. No pennies to NN until he's gone.

I guess pretty much most of the people that I really care about are here.

So, when I'm gone... this is what I want read. Start and finish of the whole mess. Then pitch me in a hole and forget about me.

Tornado

A tornado whipped into my room tonight.

I was sleeping and it whipped in... and then gently held me in her giant, gentle hand.

She was... beautiful. Powerful, like a Valkyrie... yet gentle, like Venus' most tender touch. Like Athena, smiling with her logic and knowledge, or Sparta, the ultimate defender. Like Guinneverre... perfect in every way... and yet, perfectly flawed.

Her simple gaze as she sat with me for that moment made my soul melt... made me desire to dream what others dare not dream, made me want to know the simple pleasures that they dare not know.

... But... that dream is not mine. It is not for me, no matter how deeply I may desire it.

Call me not Lancelot for I am not that. More Merlin am I.

And, then I woke up. Longing.
The tears running down my face tell me only what they cannot know.

Yet.
... But, they will. They will. And, I would do ANYTHING to keep them from that.

Or me.

The PMS cure that everyone raves about (and has for hundreds of years):

What we call Bitchwort (because it... well, does what it says) is a 50/50 blend of two herbs put into size 0 capsules (but 00's will work if that's what you have).

The herbs are:
Viburnum opulus (common name "Cramp Bark"

, powdered.
Mitchella repens (common name "Squaw Vine"

, powdered.

Two or three capsules at the onset of symptoms. Repeat in 4 to 6 hours if needed.

Don't take more than 12 capsules in a day (it shouldn't be toxic even at 10 times that, but... just to err on the extra safe side).
