...at the model scouting/screening and a week of hell....my daughter took 2nd place in the xxxxxxxx category of 9 other girls her age. It was worth the effort. I am very proud of her. Being a model is not something we wish to take serious but at 5'7 at 12 1/2 yrs old she has what they are after. A non union commercial can pay up to $2000 for a few hours work so we will dabble...and see what happens. Anything she makes will be great in a saving fund for college.

......not a long one....just a brief one. I have a lot on the go right now. My oldest daughter hits the runway this weekend for her first time so we have a lot of preparation for that and my youngest one is not well again. I stayed home yesterday with her. She does have me worried I must admit. Unfortunately the only way to get to the bottom of her mysterious illness is to do a lot more tests

Life calls....and I must answer. I don't spend a ton of time on here anyways but for the next week or two or more my visits will be even more infrequent. I will post an update blog or two. Stay well my friends........xx

I am having a relaxing holiday Monday today. Had our Thanksgiving dinner yesterday at my brothers house. My mom did the turkey and stuffing and my sister in law did the other "fixings". I had to laugh though.....when I arrived shortly after 3 pm my sister in-law was out getting groceries for the event LMAO......now how is that for organized? I have no idea how she does it....but she does it!!

It has become a family tradition that after the meal is done and kids have gone to bed....the adults play poker!!! It was my job to bring the "nibbles" or snacks for the poker game. It was nice to have us all together and it was my dad's birthday as well. Feeling thankful today as a result.

TG....in charge of nibbles....nibble nibble.....!!!

......and give it to me AGAIN up the ass. TG had a day from hell. Now I don't have to deal with insurance adjusters trying to get out of their responsibilities to their clients and trying to avoid paying out claims until Tuesday. Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow canucks!!

TG....not happy on TG weekend despite the fact that its TGIF but after today.....covering my ass cheeks cause my butt is sore!!
