Hey Everybody,

As you can see from my pictures, I have let myself go a little over the last 10 years. Not that I was ever in really great shape. But I am challenging myself to get into better shape over the next year. I am going to be periodically posting pictures of myself completely nude. I ask all of you to keep sending me words of encouragement along the way.

In addition to this. I want to see how many cum tributes I can complete before the end of 2016.
