Hi guys, sorry I've been away for so long. Been really bogged down at work for the last fortnight,so busy. For those of you who would like to know, the cycle weekend went really well and we hope to do it again in few weeks time. Anyway to say sorry for not being here and to make it up to you here are a few pics for you all.

Hi guys. This is just a quick one to let you know I'm still here and will be away until Tuesday on our massive cycle trek up to the Brecon Beacons. Wish me luck. Speak again in a few days time to let you know how it all went...If I haven't died from exhaustion.

Hello again everyone. Sorry I haven't updated in a few days but I've been busy with work. Not up to much tonight except from watching the football in a minute. COME ON ENGLAND! Planning a massive cycling trip for this weekend all the way up to the Brecon Beacons so need to invest in a hydration system

more money spending but it should be fun unless we get lost at the top of a mountain. That's about it for my life at the moment. Hopefully update again soon so keep an eye out.

Hi guys. This is my first blog and I'm not really sure what I have to do but here goes. Posted my 3 pics for today two of which were for verification. Decided to buy Rick Stein's new cookbook today as well so I'm leafing through it's pages looking at things I could make during the week. Looking forward to going running around the park tonight with Pippa my friend...trying to stay in shape but its so hard getting motivated lol
