Not place to say it and its not sexy or very interesting but had to tell some one.....

Went on holidays and ate too much, drank too much and had too much fun and all the hard work I put in before I went was undone but been hard at it again and I did a little "go Ricky" dance in the bathroom this morning because I have dropped 6 kilo's in just under 2 weeks.
