Today would have been mine and Dave's 25th wedding anniversary. So here I am raising a glass of wine saying "cheers darling, still miss and love you loads, sending you hugs". I wonder if he heard me?! and I just KNOW he wouldn't say no to a drink. Not wine though, a pint (or several) of beer was his choice!..lol!

Tomorrow it will be 5 years since my hubby, Dave, died. I still miss him so much but I know that he would have wanted me to 'move on' and continue to have fun. So, if you are up there and listening to me Dave (huh! that will be a first!..lol) I want you to know that you are, and always will be, in my heart and in my thoughts!

Hugs will be greatly appreciated!

Please excuse late replies to PM's and comments on your pics. Most of the day and all night yesterday and most of today I have been at the hospital. My daughter gave birth to a baby boy! Long story, but she ended up having to have a c-section. Fortunately mother and baby are both doing well, granny is knackered though!....lol! I will catch up with everything on here just as soon as I can.

I am sorry for lack of comments on pics/blogs and replies to PM's, my dog died last night

He was 16 and half y/o. We know he had a good life since we had him from his birth, he was definately part of the family. I am going to miss him very much.

I will catch up on here just as soon as I can.

I have posted this on the 'Computers/IT' section of the forum but thought I would copy it here aswell....

I wonder if anyone can help me here please. I have a Seagate exernal hard drive (250gb), (USB connection) which has all my pictures/videos/documents etc stored on it. I cannot access anything. My laptop 'recognises' the drive but when I double click on it it eventually gives the message "Disk in Drive E is not formatted - do you want to format it now?" I know if I clicked 'yes' it would wipe everything off the drive. I have tried a different USB lead and also tried connecting it to another laptop and another PC.

Does anyone know if there is any data receovery software (free of charge if possible) I could try? Obviously, because of the content of some of the files ....ie naked pics of me...lol, I cannot take it to PC World or similar stores or even have my 'tech guy' at work look at it!

Any help would be much appreciated otherwise I have lost everything, including all my photos and videos!
