I hope all is well out in NN land.
since my car got totaled I started taking the bus to work but after a couple of months of getting off at 5 o'clock at night and not getting home until 730 because either the buses ran extremely late or not at all, I decided to start riding my bike to work. At first it was a little hard to do 18 miles today because of my bad knees but it has slowly been getting easier and easier. What used to take me almost an hour is down to just about 45 minutes. I even lost 3 pounds so far. Hopefully this will continue in a positive direction. Time for me to get back to work . I will be back after lunch to read through blogs and do some perving.

hello folks .
its been 4 months since I've been here and a few things happened that further delayed my return. not long after my last blog ivwad involved in a car accident. while I was relatively unharmed, the same could it not be said for my car . Unfortunately with the car being older , I didn't have the coverage to get it replaced so I rode the bus for a couple of months until I realized that taking buses can be an expensive proposition and is very time consuming. so now I ride a bicycle approximately 9 miles each way to work and back. These along with a few other things had really taken off my mind of coming back here but now I've sort of settled into things and with recent changes in my personal life I'm trying not to get back out there and interact with people . I don't know what I will be doing besides blogging on here. I've been reading other posts and saw that some changes happened while I was gone. I guess I will see what happens. And who knows, maybe with all this exercise ( and a little Sun to help get rid of this horrible two tone tan job I have going ) maybe I'll be in shape enough to actually post a new picture for the first time in nearly two years. lol

this is the Kentucky all state choir ... they sang the national anthem every night of the Olympics at 11pm. I thought it was pretty cool

hi everybody. just stopping in for an update. another year is almost over. working the graveyard shift for 2 weeks while my regular post is closed for the holidays. normally I only work this shift on the weekends and gatehouse during the week, and I just gotta say. this fucking sucks. lol, I miss talking to my friend. we keep passing each other in the dark now.. playing message tag.

luckily this crap is almost over. one more week to go..

as a side note.. a little history on the term "graveyard shift"
England is old and small and they started running out of places to bury people. So they would dig up coffins and would take the bones to a "bone-house" and reuse the grave. When reopening these coffins, one out of 25 coffins were found to have scratch marks on the inside and they realized they had been burying people alive. So they thought they would tie a string on the wrist of the corpse, lead it through the coffin and up through the ground and tie it to a bell. Someone would have to sit out in the graveyard all night (the "graveyard shift"

to listen for the bell; thus, someone could be "saved by the bell" or was considered a "dead ringer."

so anyways... That's all I have to say about that. lol
