..........i fucked up big time today!!! I lost a couple of kilos but now its kinda stunted lol
Right back into it though!!!!!!!!!!!

My healthy eating plan is going great! Im really starting to get the hang of knowing fats and calories and what they do to u, my family say im driving them nuts, but it must be rubbing off cos last nite my mum had a big mac rather than a double quarter pounder! She's tiny so she's doing it for health rather than weight loss but thats a start rite???
I have lost five kilos in 2 weeks, mainly loss of fluids but that better than nothing!

Basically I have made some huge changes in my life, starting on my birthday back in september. I have decided given my history with fucked knees and ankles I need to lose weight. I have already dropped one dress size and plan 2 lose at least 3 more to be a healthy weight. My partner and I are planning to get our own place in the next few months, after our summer and christmas.
So, i will keep a diary here in my blog and keep u posted!

So far I've lost about 20 lbs so far - over the past 2-3 months. In my case, simply cutting back drastically on cakes, biscuits and chocolate has been the difference for me. I have been going to the gym 3-4 days a week for the past 3 or so years, but cutting these down/out seems to be doing the trick for me.

That's not so say I don't miss them terribly :(

When I look down, I can see all my bits and pieces hanging there :) I feel better for it already..."

This will be my last blog, I have decided to leave NN. I love the site and the fabulous friends i have made (u know who u are
