ok so doing better ! went down the studio on monday night and supprising enough it went really well considering we havnt had a jam together in years!!
went through a few tracks and all didnt seem to far off .so that is a good thing bit of practice and we will be gigging live woooooo....getting back in to my training aswell this week ive been letting it slip due to work ya know and i hate myself for not training....errr
however made a point of starting a fresh new outlook on life so yall have a good day !!!and thanks for reading xxx

i dont know why i have this feelin just nn feels like it some what going down hill maybe its me but in chat the light of conversation seems to be gone ya know may be everything thats going on around me at moment but i just feel pissed so forgive me all for not posting any pics..well good ones i just have lost a little faith at the minute and waiting for the spark to start again!!!
slagging off people to stop ....
people to stop complaining...
and just be yaself and enjoy this comunity together

Happy today back from work early so aways a good sighn...

just rejoined the nn site for another year as membership is up in 16days.. dam that year flew bye so fast..

anyway on with me blog ..
i want to tell you all a little about myself so you know who you are listening to. ok first thing among all what you see im a buisness man who runs a well established company all over the city of london who would of thought that aye....lol

Secondly im a father i have 2 beutifull childeren a boy 5 called vinnie a girl who will be 3 in nov called charllotte
they are my life ! mean every thing to me i do every thing i can t make sure these are HAPPY...you might even say i spoil em and yeah so what i do ....im proud my boy is now getting in to motor cross he just started riding on teack and is coming on emmensly... standing over jumps ...fooot out on thee bends i mean i cant stop smiling when they are out on that track ..and ya know what i think he knows how much it means to me to see him happpy because he always says in his little voice...did i make ya proud did i dad... kids aye Tears me hart out every time i think of em !!! was gonna upload a pic of him with his bike but wasnt sure if aloud or good idea?? or how to do it some advice please all....
ok well we r out on the weekend for a race ill let ya all know how he gets on so untill the next time you allhave fun ! and i promise more pics coming soon!!!!!!!

I get going Ther will be no stopping me..lol
So just wanted to say hi to all who Take the time out of ther day to stop and look in on this for now it will be boring but trust me it will be exciting very soon so keep ya eye out and dont be affraid to say hi so i know ya ther or else no point me writing to myself.....
just remember i love all of ya what a family aye....
