So last week, The Wife comes home and tells me that her best friend (who introduced us)had told her that she and her husband were sleeping in seperate rooms. she then suggests that since she is snoring at night perhaps I should sleep upstairs so I cna get a good nights rest. Well ..... If I had suggested this she would have gone nuts! I said no problem and have been sleeping up there for about a week now. pretty much enjoying it except that I need to add some better support to the mattress. Even better, I can shower as soon as I wake up at 4 AM and not bother her.
Additionally, this is the bed where I prefer to take The Ex for our sessions so this bed has some really nice memories.
Funny that The Wife now insists on a goodnight kiss before I go upstairs and makes 'sad faces' at me as I go up. I really cannot figure her out anymore, but perhaps after a bit of this she will try to 'get things started' I guess only time will tell.
Oh, and it has officially been 6 weeks since the last bed activity with The Wife. There is a chance that THe Ex and I will spend some time together tomorrow which would be quite welcome.

Well, although we wanted to, The Ex and I never did get together this past week. She was not feeling great, and my schedule was exceptionally crazy. Luckilly, she was feeling somewhat better by the end of the week and we are hoping to find time to get together next week.

Well, we ended up at a Hunakah party with The Kids, Grandkids and The Ex and went out to dinner with them all for Pizza. Came home and we were both totally worn out. Watched The Amazing Race and the News and went to bed. Went out of town to visit my folks and my sister (and her son). Visiting my family is always stressful as my mom and I do not get along very well but this was an exception. Had a really good visit but did not get to fuck The Wife (as expected since she RARELY will fuck when we are visiting or even in a hotel). Came back Sunday evening and she got a sort of nasty email from my Dad telling her that she needs to loose weight which she knows but will not do anything about. Saturday we decided to have a yard sale which went well --- cleared out a bunch of stuff from the garage. A friend had given me tickets to a college football game for the evening and we went and had fun. Some of you may remember (if you really follow me) that a few months ago, The Wife purchased some weight loss clothing because it was on sale - Yep - Well, surprise surprise, it did not work! Moving to a month ago, I purchased her a sample of a new all natural product that is supposed to help with weight loss for those who do not have time to exercise. She tried it and it worked so I agreed to fund it for her at about $100/month. Well the first week or two she lost weight so she kept going with it and I kept asking if she was loosing weight to which she kept replying, 'I forgot to weigh myself'. This weekend she finally admitted that it was not working (might have something to do with continuing to eat poorly and at least 1 large cup of Ice Cream each evening). So since I had already paid for the next shipment, I will be trying it for the next month. Since I was sick for almost 4 weeks and lost 14 pounds in the process, I am hoping that with a little effort, I can drop another 10 - 15.
