This weekend was great for me. I enter into a local strong man competition hoping to win won event and go home happy. Will I did not win one event. But I did out of 8 events I came in second 5 of them and 3rd on another. Finishing over all 3rd for my weight class.

Back in August me and the wife decide to change the way we to be healther and lose some weight. At first we talked about what diets would fit our life style. After reading a couple of books on different diets. My wife suggested we make a lifestyle change not just do a diet that ends after a few months.

So the middle of August we became a pescetarian. What is a pescetarian you ask well let me tell you. We only eat fish, vegies, fruits, nuts, and eggs. Everything else we stay away from. I'm very happy with this lifestyle change not just for the few pounds I have dropped but the extra energy we have. We have been doing it now for 3 months.

So the wife ask me to talk to her more about anything and everything. She stated that I dont tell her what I'm thinking or what is on my mind. I'm someone who likes to keep things bottled up so this is hard for me. But I'm making the best of it. One day I was talking to her about what I have been thinking about and she said it would be a good idea to blog what I'm thinking about. So here we go...

Last Friday my wife ask me to workout with her in the morning before work. We have been doing a crossfit workout style program in the mornings. Which has been great since we crossfit back in the states but since there is no crossfit gym we have been going to a commerical gym instead. So now I'm workingout 2 times a day. Which has been great, I do the workout with the wife in the morning then after work I continue the 531 program. Today me and the wife did 100 burpes. I complete the 100 burpes in 10:48 and wife did it in 12:36.

I made it to Italy with no problems at all. Finally got internet for my house. So almost moved in all the way. The wife gets here on the 3rd of August. So by that time I'm going to be real horny.

Im turning 32 tomorrow but since its on a Sunday the wife and I decide to have it today and also have a going away party the same day, which makes since. Since it is short notice I have everyone is able to make it. I will be heading to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the USA Soccer team play against Mexico also hope USA wins.

So I'm moving to Italy for 3 years looking forward to it, but ready to get there. The movers came today and packed up everything. Just got my airline tickets I will be leaving on July 1st.
