Naughtywifey, Contrary to what the web sites claim, international copyright laws state that there must be a SIGNED and notarized contract between the photographer and the assignee before the original photographer surrenders copyright ownership, even if a copyright has not been filed at time of use or assignment. I have been selling and assigning my photos and copyrights for over 25 years now.
I agree with you peanutsrevil, they did admit it was a net pic. the problem is the site that owns the copy right could sue to have the pic. removed and if it happen regularly sue to have the site shut down. Thats a big risk for a 20 yo net pic, don't you think?
