Well...how stories can change!!!

Last night after the smash, the girl who was driving the other car admitted all responsibility and blame to me, I don't know what she told the police but she did take all the blame at the time.

This morning when my insurance co. contacted her she said that she was following the rest of the traffic and was not aware of a red light......WTF??? That still means she jumped a red light!!

Although after the accident she was on her phone and two minutes later she had about 3 or 4 guys turn up and they moved her car before the police attended and tried to move mine too, but I said "No chance!!" They argued the point with me getting quite aggressive at one point too but in the end my car stayed where it was.

I have a funny feeling that she is gonna say that they were there and witnessed the accident and think she may even claim that she had the green light. I have 2, possibly 3 witnesses that say it wasn't my fault but I think this is going to turn into a long drawn out battle here. Which means that I can't get a courtesy car or anything else in the mean time. How the hell am I supposed to get about now without my car??? My legs are already wondering what is happening to them.

I visited the doctor today for whiplash injuries and was amazed and quite amused when I walked into the doctors as she was on her way out.

as I said before.......SILLY FUCKING BITCH!!!! (changing bitch to WITCH now tho....)
