A very sexy man in a uniform gave me some advice at the weekend. It really goes again everything I live by usually, but I am beginning to understand that it is probably one of the best bits of advice I have ever been given.......

The person who shouts the loudest and shouts the most is usually the person who is dealt with the quickest....
