It's a "snow day" for the kids today. Looks fine now but they are calling for some nasty stuff including freezing rain this afternoon so buses were cancelled as a result. Normally I would ship my kids off to the sitter for the day but today I decided I would call in and tell my boss I am staying home. Hockey playoff's have had me running in 10 different directions in what seems to be 7 days a week. Everything is suffering at home as a result. Laundry piling up...the plants are parched...the fish need cleaning.....the house OMG needs cleaning (for starters)...but the kids are happy so I have looked past everything else. Today is the day.....gonna take it easy and catch up and maybe chat and who knows what other kind of trouble I can into..... Home for the day and lovin' it!! TG |
