tommygirl's blog post - "tamagotchi"

Does anyone else's kids have one or more of these "oh-so-annoying" toys?? A month ago my kids were whinning that "everyone in school has a tamagotchi but us" so I felt somewhat guilted into taking them to ToysRus and getting them each one. Most of you know I have 3 children so that makes 3 Tamagotchi's too!!!!! For those of you who don't yet know what they are......well.....they are an electronic/digital "child" so to speak. So I now have 3 kids are 3 cyber kids!!!! Like I wasn't busy enough already. These stupid toys poo, cry, get sick, need to be played with etc etc just like a real child. If you don't look after them........they die!!! Although they do have a pause button I have learned that placing them on pause does not stop them from pooping!! Exactly 3 days after I bought them they were banned from school so now I AM RESPONSIBLE to care for them from 9-3:30......WTF!!!!!! They never stop and I am exhausted.......feeling like I have a newborn again.....if your kids don't have them........take my advice..........DON'T GET THEM ONE THEY WILL DRIVE "YOU" CRAZY!!!
