Today, Friday, The mayor of Titty City declares it's a no bra Friday, get 'em out and show 'em off. Can you imagine if anyone was really dumb enough to let ME run a city? There'd be no crime, but nothing would ever get done. We'd all be runnin around nekkid chasing each other
