I tend to see habits and routine as boring. But it turns out they do have advantages!

During July and August, we have different work hours, much earlier (but we also leave earlier). As a consequence, I eat breakfast at work now instead of at home and I don't spend time on the computer before leaving for work. Which changes my routine completely in the morning. To the point of already being on my way to work this morning before realising I hadn't brushed my teeth. Awkward

I need to get myself a new routine for July and August, or start keeping a toothbrush at work...
