... is wearing thin... And that goes for the house (workers who don't show up as planned) and the work place (people on my project that won't do what I ask)... I actually want to work out ( miracle in itself), to get rid of my frustrations, but the purchase of my home gym is on hold at the moment, for budgetary and practical reasons. My boss has suggested shiatsu massages, as she has the exact same problem as me, blocked shoulders and neck, most likely stress related. It sounds awfully tempting... |
