On one's birthday, you get the chance to tell others to do something, even at no other time of the year you get that chance.

So, I order you... to dance.

Dance because you're happy.
Dance despite not being happy.
If you are alone, dance so everyone can see you.
If you are in a crowd, dance as though no one can see you.
If you are in a wheelchair, a bed, or have one leg, close your eyes and dance in your mind.
If you can hear, dance to the music.
If you can't hear, find a speaker and lay hands on... and dance to the percussion.
Dance for those who can't dance, and dance for those who won't.
Dance for those who can no longer dance, and dance for those who haven't yet learned.

Dance in time, dance out of key, dance in tune, dance to your own beat.

But... dance.
