My loving husband surprised me the other day at work and sent me a dozen beautiful yellow roses. My favorites. All the ladies were jealous of course and several requested he speak to their significant others.
He's a quiet man but when he says something it really speaks volumes.

Well, I'm on the run again, preparing for the upcoming weekend. Hopefully I can chase off this sore throat I've been battling with. The last thing I need is for it to hit over the weekend. I'm picking up mom on Friday and she'll help out by supervising while I'm cooking.

If nothing else she's a great taste tester. I can't taste things until their over seasoned because of my sinuses.
