thanks for the comment kittycat1. I don't really mind people on my land so much, as long as they aren't up to no good. The problem with illegal hunters is they also tend to shoot up all kinds of things. livestock water tanks, gates, livestock, irrigation equipment and etc....I have even had dogs shot.
went out this afternoon and loaded up the truck with the dogs and my chainsaw. went up on the mountain and found the perfect christmas tree. I was able to get my 4x4 in close to it which also helped. it was kind of funny as the tree was almost too big and when loaded left little room for the dogs. they didn't care though, they just love to get to go and be part of the action. In the summer when I'm on my tractor they will follow me all day up and down the field plowing and etc. when I move sprinkler pipe every day they follow me. they just like being a part of the daily activities out here.
two best friend MILFS I've known for many years are coming out to the ranch in the morning and staying until Sunday night when they have to head back to civilization. they'll decorate my tree and just hang out with me.
