It started raining yesterday early, then stopped. About the time i left for work, a downpour began. It took me twice as long to get there because of the flash flooding. After it slowed down to a sprinkle, I stood out by the road on break and watched the cars driving by through 3 feet of water. Very entertaining. It ha rained all day today and it is supposed to rain throught Sunday as well. I'm thinking about starting on building a big boat. ~ | ||

Early morning rain. I was in bed listening to the thunder when there was a flash and the power went out... for about three seconds. So I dragged my sorry butt out of bed to reset all of my clocks. That done, I turned on the t.v. to catch the morning news. That's when I realized I had set the clocks wrong, an hour ahead. I trudged around, resetting the clocks again. Wide awake, I knew I couldn't go back to sleep. Oh well, I took the extra time and did a few chores I'd normally do on Saturday. My weekend just got a little brighter and lazier. | ||
