You know those disclaimer/warnings that people put on their profiles? The ones that say stuff like "you do not have my permission to use my photos and videos and if you do you'll be subject to legal actions."? They're useless and unenforceable, at least in the United States. In most cases, they are over-ridden by the site's terms of service, which you would have had to accept when joining. This applies not only to NN, but to any site on which you have any sort of social media profile. If someone does use your content and you attempt legal action, at least in the United States, you'll be wasting your time (and money). So, by putting those up, you're just wasting your time.
