gozap's blog post - Stopping posting

Those of you whyo are NNfriends should know that the only reason that we both post is that I particularly want the world to appreciate what a wonderful woman I have as my wife. She isn't a perfect size 10 with skinny hips and thin legs, she's a mature woman with curves to die for, a personality that simply shines out and makes my day brighter along with everyone around her - but that is what I love about her.

The object of posting was to try and build her confidence in the fact that there are many other people who appreciate the curves and warmness of a true "woman" and to a certain extent it has been a success.

However, as you may well have gleaned from my previous brief post, a certain minority of NN posters seem to take great delight inrude, malicious and frankly disturbing PM's and comments which I personally am not prepared to subject my wife to. Yes, I can remove these on a daily basis as we are premium members, but it is really sad that this behaviour goes on at all. Just what do the posters gain? As I say in our profile, if you don;t like it then simply move on.

The last couple of days have not been nice and It is symptomatic of the "bully" syndrome, hence my small experiment that I promised to write up. The bullies don;t seem to like it if you post pictures with agressive attacking comments in them such as "are you really man eough to f**k me" etc. Nevertheless I don;t want to post graphic comments on our pictures.

I want to portray my wife and our relationship as it is i.e gentle, loving, thoughtful etc and all the other sentiments that give you that "warm inside" feeling every day of your life. Anyone who has truly been in love will know exactly what I mean and it seems that the perpetrators of the nasty comments simply do not have a soul. Maybe rather that being angry at them I should pity them as they will never experience the feelings that we both enjoy.

As a result of this, we have decided to stop posting and simply stand on the sidelines to observe as this is the easiest option. I don;t intend to pander to their wishes and give them any ammunition. OK guys (loosly speaking) you have won, but what have you achieved apart from depriving (I hope) other genuine NN friends of the pleasure of viewing a beautiful woman - I hope you are proud, but you will not get any more help from us.

I am sorry to our friends that it has come to this, but at least short term I see not other option. I would still just want to know why, but I won;t let it eat me up.

Thank you to the hundreds of people who have sent nice PM's and comments ofer the months, they are most appreciated as I said previously, and I hope that we can solve the situation maybe in the medium to long term...suggestions welcome.
