I was just cleaning out my kitchen cupboard. I couldn't reach the top shelf so I got a chair and stood on it. When I finished cleaning I went to step down. The chair moved as I was doing that and I fell off it!! I think I have twisted my ankle it so hurts!!

/Me off to get a pack of frozen peas to put on it...unless anyone has any other suggestions??!!
